Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in front-end development using ReactJS and TypeScript, along with hands-on experience in Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate will develop responsive, high-performance web applications and integrate AI-powered capabilities into scalable software solutions. This role requires a combination of strong software engineering fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and practical experience building AI-driven applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, interactive user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries to support scalable and maintainable application development.
- Develop dynamic web interfaces, forms, data visualizations, graphs, and interactive reporting components.
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs using Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and context-grounded AI responses.
- Develop AI-powered workflows and Agentic AI applications to automate tasks and support intelligent decision-making.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services, APIs, and AI models.
- Work with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Functions.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
- Use tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and AI-assisted development tools to support effective software delivery.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Python application development.
- Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Agentic AI.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure App Service, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Functions.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working with Jira, Bitbucket, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience building production-grade AI applications and integrating LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, and application deployment.
- Experience developing data-intensive dashboards, visualizations, and responsive web applications.
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable software architecture.
