Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with the Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) project for 70% of the time and contributing to the Fusion project for the remaining 30%.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Develop and follow up on business requirements to craft a comprehensive project roadmap.
  • Utilize SQL and Python skills for data querying and analysis.
  • Identify and address Data Quality Issues in collaboration with business units.
  • Manage system administration tasks within the Fusion project, including configuring approval flows and user setups.
  • Support the Data Science team by understanding and applying relevant terminologies.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as business analyst for Data Engineering or Software Engineering Projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira is highly desirable, as it will facilitate the majority of the role’s requirements.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

 

Additional Information: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and resolving complex issues. A background in system administration or a similar field is beneficial but not mandatory. Understanding the nuances of data science will be a plus, as you will be collaborating with our Data Science team.

 

Note: This position is primarily Technological but requires a keen understanding of system configurations and data quality management. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, efficient, and capable of working independently while also being an integral part of our team.

 

Location: Hyderabad

Start Date: 1st or 2nd week of June

Work Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM IST (to align with UK business hours)
